Single's Ministry

Single Adult Ministry
Single adults from all walks of life come together to meet, to share, and to care. It’s a place where relationships begin and continue to grow within an atmosphere of Christian love and fellowship. The Singles Ministry serves one purpose: to meet the spiritual, social, and service needs of singles adults in the metro St. Louis area. Our ministry offers a well-balanced program of recreation, retreats, vacation trips, fellowship, music, ministry and life changing missions.
Recognizing the vital social needs of single adults in the St. Louis area, the Singles Ministry offers a variety of social and fellowship activities. Barbecues, holiday celebrations, swimming parties and dining at local restaurants are among the regularly scheduled events.

Sunday Morning Bible Study
If you sometimes have questions about God and the meaning of life, come join us in the search for the answers. We meet for a time of stimulating Bible Study each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. in room 303. This is a place where Everybody is Somebody!
Our Bible Study Ministry consists of fellowship groups (classes) that focus on taking the timeless truth of God’s Word and bringing it to life – your life. Whatever your age or stage in life.
Led by a gifted Bible teacher, each Bible Study group is designed to help you grow as a believer, to have victory in you daily walk with the Lord, and to serve Him with your own unique gifts and talents. You’ll also meet friend for life, people with common needs, people who will encourage you, rejoice with you, and pray with you.

www.DivorceCare.com
There aren't many people around you who understand the pain your divorce or separation has caused…to you, your family, and to your friends.
That's the reason for DivorceCare. It's a support group and with seminars conducted by caring people who understand what you are experiencing. Most importantly, you'll learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life with confidence and hope.
DivorceCare features videotape seminar sessions with nationally recognized experts on divorce and recovery topics. Many participants say these seminars and the support group is the most helpful part of the program.

Monday Night Fellowship/Bible Study
During the week (Monday), our single adults gather for an evening of fellowship, usually with a meal, followed by a challenging Bible study. It’s always fun getting together, sharing needs and concerns, knowing that you are respected and loved, and always encouraged to be and do your best in real life situations. This is also a great way to get to know some singles and to establish some real friendships that can last a lifetime. Currently, the singles are studying a book from Serendipity House entitled, “Acts: Model for Today’s Church.” We’ll explore what an authentic church should do and look like. This is taken from what the early church modeled for us. This study allows for some great discussion. So, come and join us!
