School has begun and it’s time to join in the excitement of a new church year! Sunday, August 29, will be our graduation for the third graders (now fourth graders) from KIDS’ WORSHIP into “big church”. We will celebrate in children’s church. You can do a celebration of your own as a family and rejoice that they will be able to worship with you. Tell your 4th graders what you expect from them in worship but more importantly what God expects. Thanks for allowing Gail and her helpers the opportunity to teach your children about worship. Just a reminder that Kids’ Worship is available every Sunday for children K through 3rd grade during the 10:50 a.m. worship service (just after Pastor’s children’s moment). Don’t forget to sign your child in and out for children’s church. There is childcare available for children birth through pre-K as well.

Promotion Day is coming up September 5. Preschoolers and kids are moving on up! Our 5th grade class has already moved into the student    division. On September 12 we will give Bibles to the kids coming up from preschool into the children’s division and into Kindergarten. They will also take a field trip on August 29 to visit the Kindergarten classroom. Parents, hope you’ll have your kids there in the 10:50 a.m. worship service that day to receive their Bible. Talk to your kids about the changes that will be taking place in a couple weeks so they can make the transition smoothly. It would be helpful also, parents, if you could walk your child to their Sunday  School classroom and then pick them up after Bible study.

Wednesday night programs for preschoolers and children have begun. There is something for everyone. Supper is at 5 p.m. – call the church office for a reservation. Choirs for preschool (age 4-Kindergarten) and children (1st-5th grades) at 6 p.m. Then at 7 p.m., Mission Friends (4 years old through Kindergarten), Girls in Action (girls grades 1-6), and Royal Ambassadors (boys grades 1-5). There is childcare for preschoolers 3 and under. If you need info on any of these programs, don’t hesitate to ask.

We have lots to offer families at Fee Fee. Be involved with your kids. It’s a great place to be family!
