Teen MOPS
In Teen MOPS, the teaching, activities, and friendships are all focused on the very distinct needs of teenagers. Teen MOPS helps teen moms to become more self sufficient, confident, mature, giving, and self-aware young women. To learn more please visit: www.mops.org |

Construction Projects
Within the St. Louis area and the state of Missouri there are plenty of building projects to be done. Several opportunities exist each year for you to leave your comfort zone and get into the work zone! The main thing that you will need is a willing heart and a desire to help. Most jobs require, painting, sanding, putting up sheetrock, building walls, and stuff like that! |

Mission Trips/Projects
Youth, Adult, Family Mission Trips to various places with in the United States to help with Vacation Bible School, Backyard Bible Clubs, benevolence help, youth ministries, homeless shelters, construction, and many others. In 2004 our groups went to Tennessee and South Carolina and metro St. Louis City. |

Meals on Wheels
Each Tuesday, our volunteers are busy preparing a wonderful hot lunch and then deliver it to those can't prepare meals for themselves. |

Metro North Ministries
This benevolence ministry provides a Food Pantry and Thrift Shop for the north county area. They also provide: tutoring for students, GED tutoring, adult reading and writing opportunities, and life skills classes. |

Bridgeton Community Helping Hands
This is a not for profit partnership of area churches, supporting organizations, and individuals who come together to minister to those with limited resources. |
|
Friendship International
This ministry helps International Students to learn skills, adjust to American society, and learn English while here in the United States. Once a year our Woman Mission Groups provide a lunch on one of the college campuses for these international students. |
